    I am a Celtic girl by heart, English born, second-generation Irish and live in the beautiful city of Exeter in Devon. 


    I love the sea, 80's music, my cocker spaniel Jasper, Sara Cox, stationary, mojitos, Mel Robins podcasts, Strictly, books, crafts and singing.  I love people and what makes them tick and challenging myself to do crazy things, I got up and sang at my 50th, I went on a solo holiday to Italy, sang at an open mic night and set up a social Meet-Up group!

    • Whether you are looking for conventional, contemporary, quirky, themed or a combination. Perhaps an intimate ceremony in your garden,  

    • I want to make your special day one to remember, whether it’s your wedding day, renewing your vows or a naming ceremony.   
    • I want the day to reflect you, whatever your story is and whatever your ideas are.
    • Whether you are looking for conventional, contemporary, quirky, themed or a combination. Perhaps an intimate ceremony in your garden,  or a big shin-dig in the woods or an indoor ceremony in the a place that has special meaning to you.
    •  Traditions and symbolic rituals (modern or unique) can also be incorporated into the ceremony.

    The how

    I will meet with you on-line so we can talk about your ideas for the ceremony and you can decide if I am the right celebrant for you. If you decide Sunflower Celebrant is right for you then I will send you a questionnaire to complete.   I will compose a draft ceremony for you to read and we can tweak it till we get it perfect.  We will have a rehearsal at your chosen venue and I will be available for you when you need me. I can suggest songs and readings and can help you to write your vows. Your loved ones can be involved as little or as much as you wish. You will be my only ceremony on the day and I will arrive to ensure everything runs smoothly, oh and don’t worry, if the nerves get to you at the last minute, I will be there to read your words.

     I will send you an invitation to a personalised WhatsApp group so we can keep each other updated more easily with ideas. 


     I will donate to the National Trust so that a tree can be planted for you.  A certificate with your name and occasion will be sent to you .


    I will provide you with a framed momentum of your wedding vows.

    You have the following in spades –self-confidence and likeability, public speaking skills and a good voice, an outgoing personality, creative writing skills, a sense of occasion, approachability, person-centred, imagination and a sense of humour.  

     


    Enquiries
    ​Where an enquiry is made and the date is available, this will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit.  

    Booking Fee
    ​A non-refundable £150 booking fee is required to secure the date and time for your Ceremony, Payment can be made by BACS transfer.   


    Travel costs

    If you require me to travel 50 miles further than EX2,  mileage will be charged at 50p per mile.  there will also be an additional charge to cover accommodation.


    Balance
    ​The balance of the agreed fee, is due 4 weeks before the Ceremony.  


    Photographs

    Please can I ask that your professional photographer include my choice of  two photographs (digital format, high resolution) to be used in my on-line and print marketing.

    Legal Aspect - Weddings
    ​A Celebrant led wedding will not be legally recognised in England and Wales.    Your marriage must be registered at a Registry Office if you require legal recognition prior to your ceremony.

    Cancellation and Delays
    ​You have a 14 day cooling off period after the time of booking.  Should you decide to cancel the booking, our cancellation rates are as follows:

    Cancellation received:
    Within 3 months of Ceremony date - 60% of agreed fee
    Within 2 months of Ceremony date - 80% of agreed fee
    ​Within 1 month of Ceremony date - 100% of agreed fee 

    ​In the event that I am unable to deliver the service , I  will endeavour to provide a substitute Celebrant.  If no substitute Celebrant can be provided, you will be entitled to a full refund.
